Planning
Our work in the area of planning has included the design and facilitation of strategic planning, annual planning and scenario planning. We are often asked to help organizations resolve specific critical issues through a planning process.

Components of planning engagements, in addition to the outcomes of key initiatives and strategies, have included financial analysis and trends, interpreting industry trends, customer satisfaction processes and measures, workflow analysis, and stakeholder relationships. Our extensive history in the area of assessing and changing corporate culture is often an underlying theme of our work.

Board Development
Our assignments have included board member training and orientation, design of committee structures and committee member training, and consulting in board-staff relationships. In working with boards of associations, we are able to develop a strong understanding of their industries and challenges and, more often that not, are ultimately engaged by the boards of individual members.

Leadership Development
Our focus on leadership development has assisted organizations in strengthening the infrastructure as leaders work together to develop the skills necessary to move their unique organizations forward. Designed in building block components, our techniques help leadership teams improve their skills in managing and developing employees, increase customer satisfaction, and establish more efficient processes throughout the organization.
